In the last class
of PE we started a new unit: “Gymnastics”.
We started this
unit doing the head over heels. It was not very difficult for me, because last
year we also pass this unit very well. The first exercise was doing head over
heels on some mates, but after that we had first to jump throw a matters and
then, when we are near the floor, do the head over heels. It was fantastic!
We have a new
teacher whose name is David, and he helps us to do things difficult. We will do
hand stands in the next classes.
To do Gymnastics exercise the body has to be
flexible and practice a lot. We have to practice Gymnastics if we want do Break
Dance, Aerobic and Modern Dance.
