Day:Tuesday 10 of April 2012
Today we run a lot we run in the pach of the Chopera and it was very fun but a bit tired,
the in the gim we practiced capoeira the:Ginga: The first step is to put one leg
in front and the other arm back and the same reverse.
I had a great time practicing capoeira!!!!
