Today Mr.Garcia didn't checked the notebooks then we stood up and we went to the gym.In the gym firstly we wormed up and when we finished it we took the waves and the helmets.Firstly we had to go from one side of the gym to the other.Finally we had to sit down on the wave and our partner had to push us.My partner was Jorge.
